In 2006 and 2007, we partnered with General Pants Group to rollout a 3-tiered nationally accredited program to all full-time staff, 2IC’s and managers across the General Pants Group brands. Store Managers completed a Certificate IV in Retail, 2ICs completed a Certificate III in Retail Supervision and team members completed a Certificate III in Retail Operations.
Qualifications
The key features of each of these qualifications included:
- A strong focus on face-to-face training delivery, at the request of General Pants Group.
- Heavy emphasis on customisation, with co-design and co-delivery with key content specialists.
- Group graduations, incorporating the presentation of small team projects that team members had worked on during the program. The executive team were present at each of these graduations.
