Michael Tonkin

Michael founded Performance Partners in 1995 and has spent the past 15-years working closely with CEO and senior retail teams on strategy and execution. In his role, Michael balances retail strategy and a hands-on approach across a variety of retail projects. He also spends considerable time leading the team, creating direction and promoting innovation.
Carolyne Brooks

Carolyne is the most experienced senior consultant at Performance Partners and facilitates high-energy group workshops, from shopfloor to senior management. Carolyne also leads the implementation of various retail consulting projects, including the design and rollout of sales programs, business planning for senior managers and time and motion analyses of successful managers.
Danny Ginsberg

Danny is well credentialed in the areas of retail and program design. With strong experiences in Store Management and Instructional Design with some of the best retailers in Australia, Danny has the ability to take a client brief and deliver a truly innovative experience that exceeds all expectations.
Travis Clark

Travis is a dynamic facilitator with a proven track record of inspiring managers and staff and affecting cultural change on the shopfloor. He has a wealth of facilitation experience in all areas of retail and culture, including sales and service, visual merchandising, loss prevention, retail financials, merchandise management, recruitment and coaching.
Melanie Parkinson

Melanie is our dedicated Retail Assessor at Certificate III, IV and the Diploma of Retail Management. Combining her experiences in department stores and Human Resources, Melanie is the perfect person to manage the assessment function of the business. Her role includes the co-design of assessments, assessing trainees and managing all assessment-related follow-up.
Helen Tonkin
Helen has primarily worked in finance related roles with Performance Partners since 2001. Previously working as a buyer in women’s apparel, Helen has a wealth of retail experience and combines her finance role with regular contribution to the strategic direction of the business.
Heather Woll

Heather’s retail experience began while living in the UK, working full-time for Eisenegger Clothing. After returning to Australia, Heather went on to work for Clinique in David Jones and later Napoleon Perdis Cosmetics. During her time in retail, Heather developed a keen interest in business and finance and, in 2010, joined the Performance Partners team in a combined administration-finance role.
